This policy explains what information Clap Clap LLC (“Clap Clap”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit clapclapllc.com or contact us, how we use it and the choices you have. We are a painting and refinishing company serving Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas.

• What you give us. When you request an estimate on our website, we receive your name, your phone number and the type of project you select. When you call, text or email us, we receive what you share, such as your address, photos of the project and details about the work.
• What is collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. These logs keep the site secure and working.
• Cookies. Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare), so those providers receive your IP address when your browser requests them.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and prepare your estimate.
• To schedule visits and talk with you about your project by phone, text or email.
• To do the work, keep records and handle billing and warranty questions.
• To keep our website secure and improve it.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us at any time that you prefer not to be contacted. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

We share information only:

• with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google), who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public;
• as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for up to two years if they do not turn into a project. For customers, we keep project records as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our website. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Reach us using the details below and we will respond within 45 days. Texas residents may have additional rights under Texas law.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add website analytics or advertising tools. We will post the new version on this page with a new date.
